Our Leadership Team
Overview
Erin Takeshita has a strong track record building and scaling high performance software teams. In high school he started a web development company that built websites and back-end systems. After graduating from UBC he joined one of Canada’s iconic space companies, MDA and worked on the Naval Combat Operator Trainer (NCOT) Program and flight design systems for the FAA and US Air Force.
Erin had the incredible opportunity to lead from a variety of senior and executive leadership roles spanning Project Management, Business Development and Engineering Operations.
Erin was a senior leader, mentor and coach for both Engineering and Management staff and responsible for the delivery of many large scale systems. Most recently, he led a corporate-wide modernization initiative to increase agility and reduce cost and time-to-market for MDA and had the opportunity to serve as Interim Director of Engineering.
Since then, Erin is putting his energies into the companies Endemic serves. Getting deeply involved and sharing knowledge, experience and lessons learned to help drive performance and enable happier people.
Volunteer
Erin volunteers as an Executive Director (Board of Directors) for DASH BC, a BC-based non-profit focused on creating a future where all students are socially connected, engaged and flourishing at school and in their communities.
